Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the hygiene strips have not been removed.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it securely to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
